Course Objectives

MTM® Clear•Aligner In-Office is a DENTSPLY-proprietary system designed by an orthodontist to address increased demand for esthetic treatment of minor anterior mis-alignments. It provides a lower cost solution to the patient, and keeps practice profitability high. On completing this course, you can immediately apply the techniques learned to accomplish the following in your office:

• Treat minor anterior crowding and spacing

• Treat minor orthodontic relapse

• Refine/finish invisible aligner cases

• Prepare for implant, crown & bridge, and restorative procedures

Course Descriptions

This hands-on seminar teaches simple, in-office techniques for treating minor anterior misalignments using orthodontic instruments designed specifically for this purpose. Clinicians and staff will learn to plan each case, create space in the arch for tooth movement, and fabricate the aligner(s) needed to achieve case goals. The course includes an overview of basic thermoforming techniques that can also be used to make retainers, bleach trays and many more profit-building appliances that are often outsourced to labs.
